I purchased this home with Steve’s help. Encountered the usual issues that he was able to work out for us. We just sold the house and we had monumental issues to consider. Steve worked past all roadbloacks that were really outside the norm. Once sold and buyer in, we encountered another escrow mess that he walked me thru until the deal was finally done. For our next move we will once again give Steve a call.
