Steve really went above and beyond what was expected. He answered my many questions and was always there to shed light on the lending and finance inquiries as well. It is a long and tedious process at times and Steve’s calm and honest insights helped me get what I wanted. Steve also went out of his way taking photos, researching answers to relentless questions I had and was great at accommodating my hectic schedule at school. He even was able to help us get through a snag by finding the answer that had the seller and lender stuck at a stand-still. Most realtors wouldn’t have done half of what he did for me and I will always be grateful to Steve for his hard work and guidance. I really wouldn’t have made it through that process being a first time buyer and somewhat skeptical of “the game.” I will recommend Steve to everyone I know and also to those I don’t. ?
